Full Time Administrative Assistant/Secretary:
The Administrative Assistant/Secretary will provide administrative/secretarial services to Agency Director's Office. He/she will be responsible for inputting data to computer-based systems, facilitating workflow, as assigned by the Agency Directors. He/she will assist the Agency Directors in the preparation and maintenance of reports and records as needed. The Secretary will perform any other tasks related to the Agency or its operations as directed by his/her supervisor/designee.
Requirements: HS/GED degree 3 years of administrative experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and other relevant software. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.

Pay: $46,750.00 - $48,750.00 per year
