From intimate gatherings to large conventions, our venues can accommodate events ranging from 30 to 900 guests. Our spaces cater to a variety of events including seminars, fundraisers, private parties, banquets, weddings and more.

This is a full-time on-site role for an Sales & Events Manager at A View Venues. This person will be responsible for customer service, event planning, communication, sales, and event management. The role involves coordinating with clients, organizing events, promoting venue services, and ensuring client satisfaction. This is an opportunity to use your creative talents to create unforgettable memories for our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Traveling to each A View location (A View in Fontenelle Hills, A View on State & A View West Shores) to tour potential wedding clients
  • Create and execute sales strategies that drive revenue and growth in our wedding business
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors, and other industry professionals
  • Exceed sales targets and goals while delivering exceptional customer service
  • Craft personalized proposals and quotes that capture the unique vision of each couple
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all aspects of the wedding day are executed flawlessly
  • Set up and work events on a weekly basis
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition to maintain a competitive edge

Qualifications

  • Passion for delivering exceptional experiences and creating unforgettable memories
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Event Planning and Event Management skills
  • Sales experience
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Schedule :

  • Mondays 9 : 00AM - 5 : 00PM
  • Tuesdays & Wednesdays 11 : 00AM - 8 : 00PM
  • Thursdays 9 : 00AM - 6 : 00PM
  • Fridays or Saturdays 11 : 30AM - 12 : 30AM
  • Job Type : Full-time

    Salary / Commission : From $52,800.00 - $65,800 based on individual applicants experience
