We are hiring for a full-time Regional Manager beginning in April.
(May 8 – Sep 7, 2025 will be training in Coeur d’Alene ID)

Duties and Responsibilities
Office & Admin
- Sorting mail
- Monitor and respond to emails
- File for Permits
- Dan and Teresa’s assistant
- Handling communications with all Properties
- Assisting with property sales and purchases
- Monitor reviews and responses
- Schedule work bees
- Work with our VP of Operations to establish the new rate schedule for rentals and RV Park
- Daily summary phone calls
- Renewing LLC’s
- Monitor Insurance
- Keep a schedule of when leases are due
- Advertise Commercial Properties
- Advertise equipment and vehicles that need to be sold
Marketing
- Manage websites
- Cross marketing system for all properties
- Maintain social media post and interact with comments
- Monthly Newsletter
- Text blasts
- Christmas, birthday, and Anniversary cards to guests
- Bitly
- Paid promotions
Purchasing
- Inventory Shed
- Ordering Supplies as needed for Tamarack, A Vista, keeping shed stocked
- Order staff uniforms
HR
- Work with VP and Managers to write new and/or alter policies
- Network looking for prospective employees
- Introduce policies to new hires by reading together, and procedures by practicing one per hour
- Prospect and interview potential new hires
- Schedule vacations
- Assist in finding summer staff for Tamarack
- Train new managers
- Oversee RV Park managers
- set up personal visitation schedule
- set up orientation/training schedule
- set up annual staff performance interviews (or plan for it)
Traveling (Regional Manager travels to maintain oversight of properties)
- Onsite at each location - quality control
- Oversee local operations
- Total travel time to properties is 8 - 10 days a month
- On-call 6 days a week
- Be involved wherever the current work bees are happening wether in WW or out of town
- Empty quarters twice a month at Tamarack RV and deposit at ICCU
- Alternate with Tamarack office staff caring A Vista phone
- Open up one night bookings at AV, one week in advance?
- Site manager for VCR rentals
- Oversee site managers
- Market for VCR summer season
- Make/relay communications for site improvements to Dan and Teresa
- Ensure/troubleshoot for clear communication between grounds and office staff, especially RV site condition at time of checkout, power shut off for nonpayment work with an advertising budget and market to the local Chamber of Commerce and OTA’s
- Provide decision on disputes between employees and/ or guests
- Plan monthly staff gatherings
- Inventory
- Phone calls with Managers
- Troubleshoot wifi issues

Other Considerations & Training Track for Regional Mgr mentee
- For the summer, you would be living on-site at our RV Park in Coeur d’Alene.
- Must be available for Iron Man weekend of June 23 – 25 and the 4th of July weekend.
- Duties will also include alternating “on-call” weeknights and Saturday’s on a schedule as negotiated with the Park manager, and sharing duties with other park employees.
- April
- Traveling to the ranch, becoming familiar with our AirBnb’s in Walla Walla (Vineyard Gypsy and Honeymoon), working alongside the CEO and VP of Operations to begin getting a feel for the big picture.
- May - September
- Working on site at Tamarack RV Park as Office Assistant and in Housekeeping.
- October - January
- Continue big picture training and traveling with routine visits to all properties. Assist at A Vista D’Mar work bee, consult/brainstorm with our CEO on a list of repair jobs/improvements at properties, as well as overlapping with our VP of Operations prior to her maternity leave.
Work Hours and Benefits
- Hours can vary between 30 - 40 hr/week.
- Training compensation while in Coeur d’Alene is hourly at the rate of $25/hr. Housing provided.
- Hourly compensation rate after the first 6 months is $30/hr with regular evaluations and option for increases up to $35/hr by Sept 2026.
- Per diem $68.
