Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Quality Assurance to lead our quality initiatives across multiple factories. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive improvements in our manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective quality control systems to ensure products meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve gaps in quality training and information accuracy
- Communicate with customers, suppliers, and certification bodies regarding compliance issues
- Deploy robust process control systems to identify and resolve abnormal processing conditions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- 5-10 years of experience in a quality management-focused leadership position
- Specific experience with manufacturing operations and business excellence modeling systems
