We are hiring an Accounting Clerk for our valued client in Minneapolis .
As Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for :
- Prepare and issue invoices for upcoming loan payments.
- Monitor loan portfolio payments, assist with early payoffs, and ensure timely remittances.
- Access, review, and reconcile bank accounts holding construction escrows.
- Update internal systems to reflect loan payments received and amounts owed to third parties.
- Review and process construction loan draw requests, including drafting wires and ACH transfers.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure alignment between internal systems and financial data.
