Job Description:
This position requires individuals capable of handling difficult conversations, providing 'difficult-to-hear' information to members, managing calls from members who may be emotional/distraught, and managing complex situations without becoming emotionally involved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Difficult Conversations: Engage in challenging discussions with clients regarding service denials, program limitations, and difficult program requirements while maintaining a professional and direct approach.
- Policy Adherence: Ensure all actions and decisions comply with organizational policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
- Crisis Management: Respond effectively to escalated situations, ensuring that all information is presented calmly and without bias.
