Restaurant Managers ensure the restaurant operate efficiently and profitably while maintaining our reputation and company culture. Restaurant managers must coordinate a variety of activities, whatever the size or type of the outlet. Managers are responsible for the business performance of their restaurant, as well as maintaining high standards of food, service and health and safety.
Restaurant management combines strategic planning, shift pattern organization and day-to-day management activities.
Additional Responsibilities:
*Maintaining fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and ensuring products are consistent with company quality standards.
*Assists Profit & Loss management by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate action Ensures food quality and 100% customer satisfaction.
*Champions recognition and motivation efforts Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
*Good communication skills, and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills Exceptional team building capabilities

Qualifications
- Staff training and management experience
- Food service management skills
- Strong supervisory background in hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and conflict management abilities
- Proficiency in kitchen and food management
- Previous experience in team management and interviewing applicants
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license and computer literacy
- Premium skills in food preparation and inventory control
- Relevant experience in casual dining, catering, and bar services
