Closing Supervisor
This is a full time job, health benefits, vision and dental.

Primary Goal:
Providing an excellent customer experience by following the three pillars of a great restaurant CLEANLINESS-FRIENDLINESS-QUALITY FOOD
The right candidate will be friendly, customer focused, honest and a self-starter. Will train the right person but some restaurant experience or management experience preferred.
The shift supervisor is in charge of night crews and making sure the restaurant is clean, hot fresh quality food is served, and customers are receiving awesome customer service.
Skills and qualification:
- Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills
- A shift supervisor must be able to communicate effectively and professionally through both verbal and written means with employees, supervisors, guests, and vendors.
- Shift Supervisors must also be able to maintain quality, service, cleanliness, and safety standards in accordance with JMD Ventures and A&W Standards including state and federal policies
Duties include:
Training
Dealing with guest
Making sure A&W standards are being met
Supervising staff and keeping everyone on task
Making sure the store is stocked and prepared for business
Making sure everyone is doing things in the proper manner
The restaurant is clean and always looking sharp
Hours:
Supervisors will work a variety of shifts opening, afternoons, closing and weekends. (Weekends are usually alternated between managers\supervisors).
This position will require a person to work long hours mostly on their feet.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
