As a Licensed Sales Producer, you will sell, market, and service our insurance products to both new and existing customers. Helping individuals and families secure their tomorrows and protect them from the unexpected is our mission.

We currently are seeking candidates who can work full time in our Joshua, TX Agency.
Total Compensation Package Includes Base Salary Commissions Bonus Opportunities = Range : $60,000.00 - $120,000 per year NO CAP COMMISSIONS sell more, earn more!

Responsibilities
- Achieve goals and measureables by writing new property and casualty insurance from leads that are provided by the agency as well as obtained through your natural market.
- Ensure that the A Warmath Insurance Group Sales Process is followed on a consistent basis with all prospects.
- Accountable for managing a pipeline in the CRM and following up with all prospects accordingly.
- Responsible for accurate underwriting.
- Ensure all documents are received and e-signed by prospects that have purchased insurance.
- Demonstrate competency and knowledge of new products & rules for our industry.
Requirement
Must have your Texas Property and Casualty Insurance License
Must be available 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 30 PM
