A family-owned Accounting firm is looking for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper. The position is a permanent full-time position with a hybrid work environment offered. The right candidate will be able to work independently with minimal daily supervision and be extremely organized. The ability to multi-task is required. QuickBooks experience is a must. Salary is commensurate with experience.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of full charge bookkeeping experience
- Experience managing multiple accounts & emails daily
- Accounting experience preferred
- Significant QuickBooks experience is required
- Payroll experience required
- Ability to work with clients on a daily basis
- Excellent multi-tasking skill
Duties:
- Accounts payable
- Monthly financial statement preparation
- Monthly/quarterly budgeting
- Cash flow management
- Assist operations manager with inventory control
- Coordinate with outside payroll service
