Job Description:
As a Hybrid Sales Representative, you'll spend 90% of your time on the road visiting job sites, developing relationships with existing and potential clients, and driving sales of our topsoil, demolition, and excavation services. The remaining 10% will be spent in the office managing administrative tasks, processing transactions, and organizing proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Field Sales: Drive to job sites to meet with clients and prospects, present our services, and close sales for topsoil, demolition, and excavation jobs.
- Lead Management: Build and manage an existing book of business, nurturing client relationships and generating new leads.
- Proposal Creation: Prepare proposals for clients and get them ready for approval.
- CRM System Management: Use our CRM system to manage leads, track sales, and create invoices and tickets. Ensure accurate record-keeping and follow-up with clients.
- Invoicing & Payment: Handle office responsibilities, including using the credit card machine and managing financial transactions related to sales.
- Performance Review: 60-day performance review with the opportunity for salary adjustment based on performance.
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience (preferably in the construction, demolition, or excavation industry)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
- Ability to create and manage proposals and invoices
- Experience using CRM systems is a plus
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Motivated, self-starter with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work 8 hours per day, primarily in the field
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $1,000 per week
- 60-day performance review with potential for salary increase based on results

- 3% of Net Profit of sales
