Bilingual Automotive Part Sales Associate

We are looking for a dedicated Inside Sales Associate with knowledge of replacement parts for the collision repair industry. You will be responsible for selling recycled OEM parts thru inbound/outbound calls, and face-to-face counter sales. You will initiate sales calls to existing customers to assess the current needs, generates revenue by promoting sales of new and existing products, and assist customers with sales of product, services, responds to questions regarding parts, pricing, and services. You will be responsible for developing relationships with potential customers, and to assist customers with orders, product information, payments, and anything else to maintain excellent customer service. Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in customers and customers over the phone
• Identify customer needs; explaining warranties and services.
• Prospect daily for potential customers; maintain consistent rapport with previously sold customers.
• Maintain customer communication in a way that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
• Realize that business is built on customer satisfaction and be devoted to guaranteeing satisfaction to our customers.
• Establish personal goals that are consistent with standards of productivity, and devise a strategy to meet those goals.
• Learn to overcome objections; ask for the sale; negotiate price; complete sales or purchase agreement; explain and offer warranties, services, and finance.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company’s Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in the automotive parts industry preferred.
• Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written.
• Bilingual is required!
• Confidence in your ability to be successful.
• A desire to work in a commission, performance-based, environment.
