Description
Position Summary: Coordinate, direct and control payroll preparation, processing, and distribution.
- Process weekly payroll in accounting data bases systems (Paycom and Sage);
- Enter equipment timesheets and timesheet corrections to payroll system;
- Process weekly cash requirements and temp labor entries to payroll system;
- Process Project Assignment packages (per diem, rate changes) to payroll system;
- Process weekly 401k changes and updating to accounting data bases;
- Assist with certified payroll entries and record keeping;
- Assist with other Accounting/Payroll functions;
- Assist with coverage of the reception desk on an as needed basis;
- Additional duties as directed by management;

Preferred Skills:
