Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in programming CNC machines for sheet metal fabrication, creating efficient and accurate programs, and ensuring high-quality production standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize CNC programs for sheet metal fabrication.
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications to create accurate programs.
• Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure seamless workflow.
• Troubleshoot and resolve programming issues.
• Maintain and update programming documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sheet Metal Programmer.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, MetalSoft/AP100, Mazak Smart Systems/Radan).
• Strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Open knowledge use of creative arts applications importing, exporting, and modifying Illustrator, Corel, Photoshop, AI, PNG, JPG etc. to programmable DWG/DXF files.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, bilingual is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CNC machine operation.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
• Certification in sheet metal fabrication or related field.
