Your Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute construction projects with precision, adhering to schedules and budgets.
- Foster seamless collaboration among stakeholders for optimal project outcomes.
- Lead and inspire construction crews and subcontractors to deliver excellence.
- Champion safety standards and regulations on-site, prioritizing the well-being of our teams.
- Monitor progress, identify opportunities for optimization, and implement changes as needed.
- Keep clients informed and satisfied, maintaining clear communication and transparency.
- Uphold quality standards and attention to detail in every aspect of project delivery.
- Manage costs effectively to prevent overruns and maximize value.
- Estimate, speck, and bid on proposals.
Desired Certifications/Licenses:
- Certified Professional Engineer/Certified Professional Geologist
- USACE Construction Quality Management for Contractors
- OSHA 40 Hour HAZWOPER
- OSHA 30 Hour
