This is a Contract part-time (as needed), on-site role based in Morrisville, NC for a Bookkeeper. We are looking for a experienced and skilled Bookkeeper to maintain our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. The Bookkeeper's responsibility is to accurately record all day-to-day financial transactions of our company. The position is part-time and is only two to four hours a week.
Responsibilities
· Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
· Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, supplier’s ledger, customer ledger and general ledger.
· Bring the books to the trial balance stage.
· Enter data, maintain records, and reports and financial statements.
· Process accounts receivable/payable and enter payroll into QuickBooks
Requirements
· Must have extensive knowledge and experience working on Online QuickBooks Pro.
· Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
· Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.
· Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
· Proficiency in English and in MS Office, including Outlook
· High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Pay: $15 - $30 an hour, based on knowledge and experience
