Metrc Compliance

We are a fully compliant, Oregon-based, OLCC Tier Two Licensed Cannabis Producer. We take pride in cultivating Tops Shelf product and operating like a well oiled machine. This position will be responsible and focused on process, procedure, and systems to ensure accurate and timely product inventory audit and controls. The Inventory Auditor/ METRC personal will set audit schedule and perform audits including testing of internal process standards and controls. The Inventor Auditor/ METRC personal will implement process and procedure systems. The Inventory Auditor/ METRC will work closely with our Director of Sales and Head cultivator to maintain inventory process controls. This will included the tagging of plants, managing the trim crew at times, imputing and weighing of product during harvest time. Updating weekly inventory spread sheets.

Responsibilities and Duties: Manages and maintains compliance with Metrc Product management; communicate with growing facility for product inventory, overall inventory management Manages the testing of product Conducts inventory audits manages trim crew.

Qualifications 2-5 years of compliance experience 3-5 years of experience with METRC tracking systems 2-5 years of accounting and/or inventory audit control experience in Cannabis is a must! Excellent organizational and project management skills Excellent analytical and reporting skills Advanced Microsoft Office skills specifically with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint knowledge of the Oregon cannabis industry/laws Available to work 40 hours a week Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills Organizational astuteness, managing processes, process improvement, reporting skills, developing standards Experience with METRC

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
