POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
- Answer phones and direct calls professionally and efficiently.
- Route calls to specific people.
- Answer inquiries about company.
- Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
- Call persons waiting for visitor.
- Schedule meetings and conference rooms.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy.
- Coordinate mail flow in and out of the office.
- Coordinate office activities.
- Handle phone calls from people calling in sick.
- Gather personal and insurance information.
- Hand out employee applications.
- Arrange appointments.
- Send email and faxes.
- Collect and distribute parcels and other mail.
- Perform weekly hour-keeping, filing, and clerical duties.
- Take and relay messages.
- Bilingual in English / Spanish is a must.

1 plus years of experience in Communication and / or receptionist

Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be detail oriented, assertive, and have hire standards of professionalism. Preferences given to candidates with bilingual abilities.
