Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care and ensure all nursing care provided is in accordance with state regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing Field nurses and advise on patient care
- Overseeing Nursing documentation and weekly time sheets
- Performing admission and medication passes for the Adult Day Habilitation
- Complete Reassessments for DHSS
Qualifications:
- Valid RN/LPN license in the state of practice
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
