- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on best practices in personal care.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in home care, social work, or working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Knowledge of resident rights and the ability to advocate for clients effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to caregiving.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and assisting clients as needed.
- Familiarity with monitoring vital signs is a plus.
