We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. This role is vital in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our clients, promoting their independence while delivering high-quality care.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Help with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety during movement.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant or in a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families.
- Ability to work independently while following care plans established by healthcare professionals.
