Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistant to join our team. This individual will provide essential support and care to our patients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Duties:
- Provide personal care and hygiene assistance to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, medication Reminders, and toileting.
- Support patients with mobility issues, including transfers and ambulation.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry and cleaning.
- Assist with mealtime, including feeding and hydration.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift, bend, and transfer patients safely.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and respect for patient dignity.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 3 – 6 per week
