- Monday, Wednesday & Friday- 3 Hour shifts each
- Wednesday & Thursday - 5 Hours & 45 Minutes each shift.
Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. This role is vital in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of patient care and be able to work effectively in various settings, including long-term care facilities, hospitals, and home environments.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Support clients with mobility and transfers to ensure their safety and comfort.
- Monitor and document changes in clients' physical and emotional conditions.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental well-being.

Experience
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.

- Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant or in a similar role is advantageous but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
