Structural Designer – Concrete Design | Growing Engineering Consultancy

The Role:

As a Structural Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing and analyzing a wide variety of projects, including concrete structures and façade restorations. You’ll work alongside a team of experts in a fast-paced, innovative environment, contributing to both active projects and R&D initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Structural Design & Analysis:

• Work on high-rise, low-rise, and facade restoration projects.
• Use your concrete design expertise to ensure the integrity and safety of structures.

Software & Tools:

• Perform structural analysis and design using SAFE and ETABS (essential).
• Exposure to RAM-Steel, STAAD3, Visual Analysis, and manual calculations is a plus.

Project & R&D Support:

• Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Contribute to research & development, including model development, software innovation, and industry training.

What We’re Looking For:

• Concrete Design Expertise: Minimum 3 years of experience designing concrete structures (low, mid, and high-rise).
• NYC project experience is essential.
• Software Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with SAFE and ETABS is required; other tools (RAM-Steel, STAAD3, Visual Analysis) are advantageous.
• Strong technical and practical design skills — PE license not required, but a proactive, hands-on approach is a must.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
