What You’ll Do :
- Work closely with senior staff to develop structural and architectural drawings, written specifications, and project documentation.
- Engineers will conduct inspections for concrete parking garages(Periodic Inspection of Parking Structures - PIPS).
- Architects will inspect the envelope of glass, masonry, limestone, and terracotta buildings for Local Law 11 / 98 / FISP inspections.
- Perform site visits to assess existing structures, monitor ongoing construction, and ensure design intent is met.
- Prepare clear, concise reports and communicate with clients, engineers, architects, and contractors.
