We are looking for hard working individuals who are ready to learn a new trade in the Asphalt Sealing, Striping, Crack Filling, small Asphalt patching, and Scarifying. We partner with some of the largest general contractors in the Greater St. Louis area to provide our customers with professional parking lot maintenance crew.
We are looking for individuals with a CDL A with Non-Airbrake Endorsement (Preferred).
Day shifts and overnight shifts are available.
Travel may be required, depending on the crew you are assigned to.

Pay: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in operating heavy equipment such as skid loaders, forklifts, rollers, pulling trailers, etc.
- Knowledge of utility locating techniques is a plus.
- Strong ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with a team.
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to lift heavy loads as required.
- Commitment to maintaining safety standards on the job site.
- A clean/valid driver's license is required for all positions.
