Senior Civil Engineer – Site Development

Your Day-to-Day :

Develop site grading, storm sewer, and stormwater management designs, performing detailed calculations.

Design public and private utilities, including water / sewer mains and sanitary sewer capacity assessments.

Craft low-speed / urban roadway and parking lot layouts that meet local, state, and federal compliance standards.

Collaborate with clients, architects, MEP consultants, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Oversee design plans, notes, and details while coordinating utility outreach.

What We’re Looking For :

Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.

Credentials : Professional Engineer registration in Ohio (or ability to obtain within 6 months).

Experience : 4 years required; 10 years preferred in site design, development, and permitting.

Technical Skills : CAD expertise (3D modeling suites preferred) and stormwater modeling experience (HydroCAD experience is a plus).

Soft Skills : Exceptional written / verbal communication and the ability to mentor junior engineers effectively.
