Finance & Administration Intern (m/f/d)
(Full-time 35 hrs/week or part-time min. 20 hrs/week)
 
Internship contents:
 
  • Understand the company's markets, customers, products and services
  • Communicate with business partners, taking into account cultural and industry-specific business practices
  • Assist with the procurement process and tracking of documents
  • Assist with logistics processes and management
  • Assist with budget planning
  • Review of travel expense reports
  • Schedule planning, coordination, and monitoring
  • Preparation of statistics and analysis of key performance indicators
  • Process and monitor incoming invoices
  • Coordination and scheduling of training and assistance with audit preparation
  • Provide support on a variety of HR topics, including the recruitment process, employee data management, and employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Communicate with internal and external national and international contacts
 
Your Skills:
 
Education and Experience:
  • Business administration, economics, or related degree 
  • Initial experience in administrative and organizational activities 
 
Knowledge, skills and abilities:
  • Advanced knowledge of English and German
  • Finance-related knowledge desirable
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, in particular, Excel
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to communicate effectively
