We are looking for Internal Accountant (all genders) for our team!
Part-time: 20h/week
Responsibility:
- Receive and verify invoices in both digital and paper formats
- Upload invoices to the accounting system with all required details
- Manage payment due dates and prepare payments by reviewing documentation and requesting disbursements
- Ensure the accurate, timely, and relevant recording, reporting, and analysis of financial information
- Maintenance of up-to-date accounting records and systems
- Ensure bank payments
- Assist in the preparation and review of the budget forecast
- Preparation of financial forecasts and variance analysis
- Manage the contracts with the service providers
- Cooperate with the HR
- Liaise and collaborate with external partners such as Accounting and Tax Offices, Federal Offices / Departments
- Manage the internal procurement with the support of a working student
- Based on the Group's approach, ensure the implementation of the various policies and procedures, taking into account local legal requirements
Education & Experience:
- Commercial apprenticeship or related financial/administrative degree
- Previous experience with the German accounting
- Hands-on experience with DATEV, SAP, etc.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel
- Experience in a global, ideally in a matrix organization
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Detail-oriented, professional, and analytical
- Strong communication skills and computer literacy
- Hands-on and can-do attitude
- Fluent in both German and English
