Duties

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales goals and provide outstanding customer service.
• Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and organizing stock.
• Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new staff.
• Train and develop employees on store procedures, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation and organization.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Utilize phone etiquette to communicate with customers professionally.
