Job Overview
We are seeking skilled Drivers to join our team! The Installers will be responsible for safely delivering and installing appliances, such as; washers, dryers, refrigerators, ranges, and furniture, for our customer's homes/businesses. No Experience? We're willing to train you on the job as a Helper! Have relevant experience? Learn how to do things the A1A way!
Duties
- Deliver/Install appliances and furniture in customer home/business
- Lifting 50 lbs with assistance of dolly and/or shoulder straps
- Ensure positive customer experience by addressing all concerns
- Customer service is a must.
- Ensure product is damage-free and in showroom condition
-Operate a 26ft box truck as you travel from location to location
-Wear proper PPE where and when it is required
-Perform basic installations with the willingness to learn more complex products
-Handle all documentation for each stop along the route, with use of smartphone
Requirements
- Knowledge or willingness to learn basic appliance installations- refrigerators, ranges, washer, and dryer
- Knowledge of use of various hand and power tools (impact, drill, channel lock pliers, etc)
-Valid drivers license and experience driving a 26ft box truck
- Strong customer service skills to interact with customers effectively
- Time management skills- A sense of urgency is a must
