Job Description
A1FED is looking for a Senior Proposal Manager to lead and direct proposal teams to develop compliant, compelling, and convincing proposals against government evaluation models. As a proposal manager, you will be responsible to review RFPs, build proposal templates for the various volumes, pre-populate content from prior proposals that are relevant, and coordinate with the team to build a proposal schedule. You will drive proposal development efforts and closely work with the team including Volume Leads, Section Writers, and color team reviewers.
You may also be tasked with building a proposal team with additional proposal operations staff to take on the growing number of proposals being responded by A1FED.
Basic Qualifications :
- 10 years of experience in a business development environment
- 10 years of experience managing and writing winning competitive Federal Government proposals
- Strong expertise in using Microsoft Office programs, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is a must.
- Ability to work efficiently under conditions of multiple deadlines and changing priorities to high-quality material
- Ability to successfully execute multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience leading large GWACs is a plus.
