Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and efficient manner.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions to customers.
Assist customers with problem resolution, including troubleshooting and handling complaints effectively.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries have been resolved to their satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service quality.
Contribute to the development of customer service policies and procedures to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in a customer service role or related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
PAYRATE: $20.21 - $35.81 Hourly
