Responsibilities
Engage with customers via live chat, providing prompt and accurate responses to inquiries.
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Provide product information, assistance, and guidance to customers in a friendly manner.
Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer queries.
Assist in the development of FAQs and support documentation to improve customer self-service options.
Monitor and review chat metrics to ensure compliance with service level agreements and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Proven experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in live chat support.
Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar and spelling.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Familiarity with chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
PAYRATE: $21.76 - $34.99 Hourly
