Position Summary:
Senior ISR Training Specialist at Beale AFB, CA. This position is part of a large program supporting Air Combat Command A2’s (ACC) Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) mission.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide formal training for personnel assigned to support Air Operations Center.
- Prepare course materials, develop training exercises, and keep curriculum up to date with any technology, system, or tool updates.
- Deliver pre-mission briefings and deliver academic testing at close of training events.
- Training topics shall include ISR collection platform fundamentals (RADAR/IR theory, SIGINT, GEOINT, Special Payloads, Weapons Capabilities/employment and Threats), Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment, and introduction to core Air Force mission sets supported by the ISR community to include: Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance, Close Air Support, Combat Search and Rescue, Counter-land, Counter-Sea, and Strike Coordination and Reconnaissance.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of relevant experience. Experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Certified as an All-Source Intelligence Officer or NCO (14N, 1NO)
- Certified as IQT/MQT trainer and/or evaluator for USAF ISR collection platforms/weapon systems.
- Background suitable for SAP
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience and Certification as an IIQC instructor
- Experience with synthetic ISR scenario design and associated tools and software
- Experience supporting the ACC ISR enterprise and Theater Air Control

Pay: $92,500.00 - $98,500.00 per year
