Home Caregiver

A2 Home Care is looking for dedicated and compassionate Home Caregivers to join our team. We provide personalized care to individuals of all ages, including seniors, physical rehabilitation patients, and anyone who requires assistance in their daily living activities. Our caregivers are key to ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care, support, and companionship, enabling them to live independently and comfortably in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Personal Care Assistance: Support clients with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.
• Meal Preparation & Feeding Assistance: Prepare nutritious meals and assist clients with eating as needed.
• Health Monitoring: Assist in monitoring client health, including medication reminders, tracking vital signs, and observing any changes in their condition.
• Transportation Assistance: Provide reliable transportation for medical appointments, errands, or social outings.
• Companionship & Social Interaction: Offer companionship and engage in activities to promote emotional well-being and reduce feelings of isolation.
• Physical Rehabilitation Support: Assist rehabilitation patients with mobility exercises and daily tasks as they recover.
• Respite Care: Provide family caregivers with a break, while ensuring that their loved ones receive proper care and attention.
• Home Safety Assessments: Ensure a safe and secure home environment by identifying and addressing potential hazards.

Qualifications:

• Previous caregiving experience (preferred but not required).
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid (preferred).
• Must pass background checks and drug screening.
