Director of Personnel

Summary:
We are seeking a Personnel Director to lead HR operations for a federally regulated pharmaceutical supplier. This role will oversee recruitment, compliance, and personnel policies to support a high-growth environment while ensuring adherence to strict industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enforce HR policies in compliance with FDA, DEA, and cGMP regulations.
- Oversee employee relations, talent acquisition, and training programs.
- Ensure adherence to federal and state labor laws, including EEO, FLSA, and OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with leadership to support company culture and employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage HR functions related to benefits, payroll, and performance management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of HR leadership experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals or other regulated industries.
- Strong understanding of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Experience in an FDA-regulated facility preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
