Summary:
We are hiring a Facility Operations Manager to oversee the overall maintenance, security, and operational efficiency of our pharmaceutical facility. This role ensures compliance with regulatory standards while optimizing facility operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage facility operations, including maintenance, security, and infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with FDA, DEA, DSCSA, OSHA, and cGMP regulations.
- Oversee equipment maintenance, energy management, and safety programs.
- Develop and enforce SOPs for facility and safety management.
- Collaborate with operations, compliance, and quality teams to support business functions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Logistics, or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience in facility operations management, preferably in a pharmaceutical or regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of FDA-regulated facility requirements.
- Experience with ERP systems, maintenance planning, and workplace safety standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
