Exciting opportunity for a Business System Analyst with healthcare payor experience for a 12 month contract position in Philadelphia, PA – 3 days/week in the office.
Must be very confident and can handle an executive level audience. The best candidate will be outgoing, confident and have great communication skills as they will work with all audience levels.
- Requirement Elicitation
- Skillset to foster elicitation from varying business areas/stakeholders
- Ability to ask questions while analyzing business/system needs to produce requirements
- Ability to adapt technique as situation dictates
- Thorough knowledge of the SDLC
- Methodologies – Recent Waterfall is required , Agile is a plus
- Experience with creating process flow
- Must have requirement traceability matrix experience
- Experience with BRD, FRD, JAD sessions
- Communication
- Ability to communicate at all levels of a business organization - oral & written
- In addition to the expected documentation, candidate needs to have experience with providing a breakdown of detail concisely whether it’s to a core team or management
- Ability to translate information to differing stakeholders
- Demonstrate how they handle competing priorities and maintain tight deadlines
