TWe are seeking an experienced Agile Coach with a background as a Scrum Master and Product Owner to lead our organization's Agile transformation. This role involves coaching teams, guiding product development processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
2-3 days on site
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor and train teams in Agile methodologies, promoting best practices and facilitating Agile ceremonies.
- Facilitate Scrum processes, remove impediments, and support self-organizing teams to ensure effective delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, manage the product backlog, and prioritize features aligning with business goals.
- Required Qualifications:Minimum of 5-10 years in Agile roles, including Scrum Master and Product Owner positions.
- Must have a deep understanding of Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and experience in coaching teams.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and influence teams and stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or Agile Coaching certifications are highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- Must have excellent communication skillsskills
- Scrum or Agile experience
