Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, including commercial and residential environments. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks, ensuring that all areas are well-maintained and presentable. The Cleaner will work independently or as part of a team to deliver high-quality cleaning services.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Execute floor care duties such as mopping, and vacuuming to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Conduct industrial cleaning tasks as required, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
• Carry out custodial duties including waste disposal, surface sanitization, and replenishing supplies.
• Assist in facilities maintenance by reporting any damages or maintenance needs promptly.
• Maintain equipment and supplies in good working condition and report any issues to management.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
• Uphold cleanliness standards in both commercial cleaning and residential painting projects when necessary.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices and floor care techniques is a plus.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment consistently.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality results.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $17.15 - $18.15 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 12 per week
