Janitor

REQUIREMENTS: ALL A2Z Cleaning requirements must be met. If you are missing a requirement we must move on to those who meet ALL of them. Honesty and communication is key.

3. HAVE CURRENT VALID DRIVERS LICENSE

4. HAVE VALID AUTO INSURANCE

5. BE ABLE TO PASS DRUG RANDOM SCREENING

6. HAVE CLEAN BACKGROUND CHECK AND OR CLEAR FINGERPRINTING. (WE PAY FOR BOTH)

7. OWN A SMART PHONE WITH A DATA PLAN- FOR CLOCKING IN AND OUT OF LOCATIONS.

8. BE HONEST WITH YOUR AVAILABILITY ON APPLICATION.

9. WORK EVERY SATURDAY. (If you need to switch to Sunday it must be pre-approved by management.

FYI- We do not use reallyS application, we do not get to see them. We will send OURS seperately for you to complete after we reach out to you.

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.

Duties

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
• Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Carry out cleaning duties as required, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Manage trash and recycling efforts effectively.
• Collaborate with team manager to ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in janitorial, general cleaning,custodial or commercial cleaning preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment operation.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.89 - $17.89 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 8 per week
