Job Overview
We are seeking an organized Executive/Office Assistant to support the business operations of our portfolio companies (property management, investment, appraisal) and remote employees. Reponsibilities will be varied. The ideal candidate will good communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Enter bills and credit card purchases into Quickbooks
- Create invoices in Quickbooks
- Prepare vendor payments
- Respond to tenant inquiries
- Inspect apartments and move in new tenants
- Drat tenant leases
- Prepare tenant notices
- Maintain maintenance and office supply inventory
- Review and process incoming mail
- Filing (electronic and paper)
- Run errands.
Skills:
- Proven experience in an office environment with strong clerical skills.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication abilities.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
