We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused Crushing Superintendent to oversee and manage crushing operations in Montana, North Dakota, and Wyoming. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all aspects of crushing operations, including equipment selection, staffing, and productivity.
- Maintain project records, including timecards, daily production logs, documentation, and correspondence.
- Monitor quality assurance standards and assist in estimating crushing project needs.
- Measure piles and manage inventories (drone experience a plus).
- Collaborate on pit mining plans and ensure accurate fuel reporting.
- Track equipment and tool usage, maintenance schedules, and deliveries of materials and equipment.
- Foster communication and collaboration with other teams, ensuring safe and productive operations at all times.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience supervising crushing crews and operations.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to OSHA, MSHA, DOT, and DEQ regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Drive (preferred).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to travel within Montana, North Dakota, and Wyoming.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to relay job procedures and safety standards in English.
- Ability to work in both team and individual environments.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in outdoor environments, with exposure to various weather conditions.
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
- Regular use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, hearing protection, safety glasses, and safety boots.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Occasional manual labor, including lifting, standing, climbing, and extended periods of walking or working on elevated platforms.

Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience
