Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects in Montana, North Dakota, and Wyoming. This role requires a professional with a proven track record in project management, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to establish project goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor and manage project costs, schedules, and performance metrics to ensure efficient progress.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and local/state regulations.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess project progress and address any challenges.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets.
- Lead project meetings with team members and stakeholders to review progress and resolve issues.
- Manage subcontractor agreements, performance, and adherence to project requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and best practices.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently to project sites across Montana, North Dakota, and Wyoming.
