Description
Job Location: Phoenix, AZ (19th Ave & Grand Ave.)
Job Schedule: Monday - Friday 6am - 2.30pm
Pay: $17-$19
- sweeping, shoveling and general clean-up of any area and/or equipment throughout the yard
- Preparing autos for processing, such as trash removal, removing and disposing of designated parts, etc.
- Fluid removal and reclaiming
- Keep ground clear of debris and maintain safety standards.
- Operate conveyor machine.
- Sort metals and other items on conveyor belt in a safe and quickly manner
- Perform daily inspections on equipment reporting any defects or needed repairs to supervisor.
- Willing to cross-train in other positions and assist other employees as needed.
- Other duties as assigned by your manager.
- Able to take direction and work in/on a team.
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time (10 to 12 hrs.) and lift-up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working outdoors in an industrial environment which includes being outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Willing to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, non-stop environment while providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to adapt to frequent changes of priority and complete job tasks safely and effectively without constant supervision.
- Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency.

- Must Pass Drug Screen
- Must have steel toe boots.
- Must work 40 hours every week.
- Able to work outside in the heat for extensive periods.
- Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices
