Position Overview
We seek a passionate and versatile Graphic Designer to join our dynamic creative team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to design compelling visuals for diverse clients and campaigns across digital and print platforms. You’ll collaborate across departments to deliver creative solutions that inspire and drive results.
Responsibilities of a Graphic Designer
Creative Development: Design high-quality, original visual content, including brand identity
systems, digital and print campaigns, print materials (publications, annual reports, brochures),
digital assets (social media graphics and website design), and environmental graphic design.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all assets align with client brand standards and guidelines,
delivering cohesive and professional work across all platforms.
Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with the Director of Design, project managers,
copywriters, and marketers to brainstorm ideas, strategize concepts, and develop innovative
design solutions.
Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings to understand project objectives, present
creative concepts, and implement feedback effectively.
Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously using online project
management tools, ensuring deadlines are met, files are well-organized for delivery, and with
technical excellence.
Quality Assurance: Review final designs for accuracy, suggest improvements, and manage
alterations and approvals.
Innovation & Growth: Stay current with design trends, tools, and technology, contributing
fresh ideas that enhance creative output and drive client success.
Qualifications of a Graphic Designer
- 3–5 years of experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful client work.
- Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design, visual arts, or related field—or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools, as well as Microsoft 365.
- Knowledge of digital and print processes, file and color formats/assets.
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Web design experience, including UI, UX, and basic HTML/CSS programming.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality, polished work.
- Ability to adapt quickly to feedback, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects.
- Analytical thinker with creative problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
