A2Z Staffing Workforce Solutions is seeking a reliable and skilled Forklift Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will operate forklifts, reach trucks, and clamp trucks in a fast-paced warehouse environment, ensuring timely and efficient material handling and shipping / receiving operations. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, mechanical knowledge, and attention to detail.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Load, unload and stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using as a Reach Forklift.
• Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of equipment and report any issues to the warehouse supervisor.
• Load and unload materials using a crane as necessary, ensuring all materials are secured properly for transport.
• Perform tasks related to shipping and receiving, including receiving and inspecting products, and preparing products for shipment.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and equipment maintenance.
• Work collaboratively with the warehouse supervisor and other team members to achieve warehouse goals and objectives.
• Ensure all products are stored and retrieved correctly, following warehouse supervisor guidelines and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Contribute to a culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures.
• Racks are 25 feet tall, you must be comfortable elevating in the cherry picker to those heights.
• You should be willing and able to work on your feet for extended periods of time and work overtime as needed.
• Stay fit doing hands-on work.
• You can expect to lift to 80 lbs.
• Be on the move.
