This role involves analyzing current business processes, identifying areas for improvement, documenting requirements, and acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and Department of Information Technology Services Accela developers. Proficiency in Accela solution architecture and a solid understanding of planning and permitting operations are essential for effective knowledge transfer and alignment between business needs and technical implementation.
Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or IT, or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred Experience:
·3 years of experience working as an Accela Business Analyst
3 years of experience creating/developing/managing Accela system solutions
· 3 years of customer interfacing experience – project oversight, customer presentation
3 years of experience utilizing agile project management methodologies
· Advanced skills in Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, Jira
