Description :
Our client is seeking the talent of someone with strong administrative skills to help manage the business requirements for the client's business approval process.
Primary Responsibilities Include :
- Working directly with customers in our agencies to gather and document business requirements needed to comply with established policy and procedures within the organization.
- Gathering, preparing, and submitting information and documentation to the various security, legal, and administrative approvers required in the process.
- Meeting with a diverse group of stakeholders, to include legal, business, and security teams, to help ensure timely processing and approval of business requests.
- Reviewing, interpreting, and providing input on contract agreements and other business-related contractual documents.
- Collaborating with vendors ensuring clear communication of the client's requirements and cloud use documentation where required.
- Researching whether there is already a current solution in use in the client's office that would meet the documented business needs.
- Providing general guidance to our customers on the business approval process and its underlying policies and processes.
- Overall tracking and managing of the backlog of requests.
- Facilitating any requests for additional information that may arise during the approval process.
- Serving as an overall point of contact and subject matter expert for both agency and delivery center staff.
